Mini Choc & WA Sandalwood Nut Cheesecakes

Ingedients:

  • 1 packet Arnotts butternut snaps
  • 140g Tub Chocolate Phillidelphia cream cheese
  • 30g Roasted WA Sandalwood Nuts (roughly chopped)

Method:

  1. Mix phillidelphia choc cream cheese with chopped Roasted WA Sandalwood nuts
  2. In a 180 degree oven place butternut snap biscuits over shallow patty cake tray
  3. Bake for 2-3 minutes then gently push butternut snap biscuit into patty cake mould to form a basket or hollow, allow to cool
  4. Fill biscuit baskets with choc cream nut mix
