Bush Food | Sandalwood Nut Recipes | WA Sandalwood Nut & Pear Salad with Dressing

Salad Ingredients:

  • 60g Rocket leaves
  • 1 Beurre Bosc Pear
  • 20g Roasted WA Sandalwood Nuts
  • 4 small sundried tomatoes
  • ½ small Red onion
  • 40g fetta cheese


  1. Place Rocket leaves onto platter
  2. Slice pear, onion and sundried tomatoes thinly, add to rocket leaves
  3. Crumble fetta over the salad
  4. Sprinkle Roasted WA Sandalwood nuts onto salad
  5. Serve with dressing

Salad Dressing


  • 1/4 tspn Chopped chives
  • 1/4 tspn Crushed garlic
  • 50ml Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 20ml Western Australian Extra Virgin Olive oil


  1. Mix ingredients together by placing into a small container and shake well.
